Monika was born in the serene Himalayas into a Brahmin family, surrounded by the majestic beauty
of nature. From a young age, she immersed herself in the teachings of the Vedas, Upanishads, and
ancient Indian scriptures, as well as the practice of yoga, which were passed down to her by both her
family and the Himalayan yogis add text

Her early education took place in her hometown, where she attended school and developed a
profound love for reading the Upanishads and other holy books. It was during this time that she
began practicing yoga, and as she delved deeper into its practice, she felt a calling to expand her
knowledge and share this beautiful discipline with others for their well-being.

Motivated by this desire, she pursued a Master’s degree in Yoga from the renowned University for
Dev Sanskriti in Haridwar. Alongside her academic studies, she also explored other complementary
healing modalities such as Marma, Naturopathy, Color therapy, Acupressure, Panchkarma, Pranic
Healing, and Yajna Therapy. She had the privilege of learning directly from the esteemed Iyenger
yoga master, Usha Devi. Under her guidance, she not only honed her skills in yoga but also gained
expertise in these various healing modalities.

Equipped with this diverse knowledge and a deep-rooted passion for yoga, she embarked on a
journey to share these teachings globally. Today, she is fortunate to have students from various
countries who seek to learn from her and deepen their understanding of yoga. Witnessing their
growth and transformation brings her immense joy and fulfillment.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and inspiration in her personal hobbies. Reading
the holy books and listening to spiritual lectures nourish her soul and expand her consciousness.
Daily meditation has become an integral part of her life, allowing her to connect with the divine
within herself and find inner peace.

Additionally, she has a profound love for animals, and she finds great happiness in dedicating her
time to serve them. Whether it’s caring for stray animals or supporting animal welfare organizations,
she believes in extending compassion to all living beings.

As she reflects on her life’s journey, she is guided by a simple motto: to be happy and foster
happiness in the lives of others. It is her belief that true happiness can be found in serving others,
spreading the light of knowledge, and creating a harmonious world where everyone can thrive.

In sharing about herself, she always said, “I hope to inspire others to start on their own journeys of
self-discovery and contribute to the well-being of humanity and the planet as a whole.

Yogi Anant was born in a small village in the Himalayas, near the holy Ganga River. Even as a young boy, he had his first meditative experiences. He felt that meditation was his natural state and enjoyed spending time in nature with total awareness and peace. This meditative state of inner silence and serenity has been with him since a young age. He recognized that we are more than just human bodies; we are spiritual and creative beings with immense potential and power within ourselves.

Yogi Anant’s interest in spiritual development was inspired by the yogis in the Himalayas. He delved into ancient yoga techniques to discover deep peace and harmony within the human body and mind. He believes that awareness in every moment can bring love, peace, and health, gifts inherent since birth.

Upon completing his Master’s degree, Yogi Anant realized that a different path would fulfill him; he aspired to become a yoga teacher. He enrolled in the Yoga University in Rishikesh and pursued extensive education:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga and Holistic Health from H.N.B. Garhwal University, Rishikesh
  • Postgraduate Degree in Science (Jeevan Vigyan), Prekshadhyan, and Yoga from Jain Vishwa Bharti, Ladnun, Rajasthan

Yogi Anant’s areas of expertise include Traditional Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, and Meditation. His professional experience spans participation in Yoga Camps organized by Omkarananda Yoga Academy and Braham Yog Mandir Trust.

He is a Life Member of Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad, New Delhi, Life Member of Uttaranchal Yog and Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti, and Life Member of Bhrham Yog Mandir Trust. He has participated in seminars and conferences, including the 2nd International Conference on Psychotherapy, Yoga, and Spirituality and the Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Conference.

Yogi Anant has conducted over 100 Yoga workshops and retreats in various locations while simultaneously teaching yoga. After moving to Mumbai, he worked mainly as a personal yoga teacher for ambitious individuals accustomed to the big-city lifestyle.

His goal is to awaken faith in every individual and stress the importance of self-love and belief. He emphasizes that God is within us and we are within God. “Loving ourselves is loving the God within us.” Yogi Anant’s dedication, gratitude, receptivity, love, and individual approach extract the best from each participant, imparting the highest teachings of yoga. He teaches how to remain calm and aware even in the midst of a busy lifestyle.

Yogi lavi was born in the heart of Himalayan Valley in Uttarkashi . He has a natural Flair for yoga and meditation. As his parents wanted him to be a good athlete, he left home at the early age of 13 only. He was a national player. Rather than competing his friends, the inner journey to know self compelled him. The inborn thirst for yogic journey and an innate feeling of unity with all mankind made him always spend his time with many Yogis and blessed with directly intiation and practice yoga Vidya from them. After graduating with a Master of Art in (Please mentioned your master digree subject), Lavi moved to Rishikesh to complete his first 200 Hour training. He started teaching his first Yoga class in 2008 with his brother Yogi Anant. He always follows the world famous Swamiji sundaranand Swami who lives near his home town in the Himalaya, at the holy place Gangotri, (near the source of holy Ganga).

He has learnt Iyenger Yoga from a highly revered and one of the most sought after yoga trainers at Yoga Study Center of Rishikesh, Br. Rudra Gowda (Senior Yoga teacher of B.K.S. Iyenger) Rudra Dev ji’s disciples and followers are both Indian and western yoga seekers. He is a qualified 500 Hrs. RYT teacher from yoga alliance. He taught thousands of students from all over the world Iyenger, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. our teaching team is led by Lavi. Yogini Nikita Kashyap was born in the Himalayas. She did 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training as well as, she did Yoga Therapist course from Bhartiya Takniki Shodh Avam Vikas Sanstha, in 2017. She participated in many of yoga activities and won the awards too, Like Rishikesh open yoga asana championship, Uttarakhand Yoga Culture Federation, yoga program by Thomso17, International Yoga Festival. She has many mears experience of a yoga teacher, she is a mentor and skilled as Hatha, and Ashtanga Trainer.
