Doing the Pranayama TTC with Yogi Anant was an incredible experience. It was an online course due to the pandemic, I went without expectations, and still it beat all the expectations! Daily practice of breathing techniques as well as meditation, yoga nidra and yogic philosophy. It was just amazing. If you are looking for authentic teachings and non commercial yoga look no further. Teachers are very competent and helpful with a huge knowledge of everything that yoga is (not just asana). Facilities are great, private room with own bathroom. Food is excellent.I have felt very welcomed and supported throughout the whole training. Overall a great experience!
